We're looking for a talented Senior Copywriter to scale our new brand to the next level.
Your role will be to create compelling, creative, and data-driven copies to multiple formats and channels, including emails, landing pages, newsletters, paid media assets, and all sorts of digital materials. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with growth professionals, designers, and the marketing team on a daily basis.

YOUR IMPACT
- Craft creative, persuasive, yet empathetic copy for multiple formats and channels, including but not limited to: emails, website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, video scripts, paid ads, marketing campaigns
- Find new and creative ways to express the brand messaging by writing compelling copies, headlines, taglines and calls to action
- Master variations of copies, headlines, taglines and call to action for A/B testing and experimentation
- Craft strategic copies for different goals (awareness/acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention)
- Research industry topics to bring ideas that are relevant, innovative, and original
- Identify customers' needs and gaps in our communications, and recommend new topics/approaches
- Concept and collaborate with art directors/designers and other writers to create outstanding assets that you'll be proud to include in your portfolio
- Deliver copy that is on brief, on time, on brand, and effectively communicates the messages as outlined by marketing, internal stakeholders, and business objectives
WHO YOU ARE
- A professional with 4+ years of proven work experience
- A creative, curious, and empathetic person that loves to write, read, and learn
- Someone with excellent writing skills in Portuguese; and an advanced knowledge of the English language for communicating internally (including presentations)
- Someone who is comfortable writing in various styles and for multiple formats
- Writes clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
- Has familiarity with Google package, such as Google Sheets and Slides
- Has a basic knowledge of SEO to maximize copy's reach
- Can interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
